the hotel's location was great. it was an easy walk to restaurants and the canal. the staff was amazing, always professional and attentive. i hope to return soon.
the bed was not comfortable at all. my back suffered (i usually don't have back problems). many things were broken in the room, including the hairdryer and some hangers.

The housekeeping staff was AMAZING, they decorated my bed with flowers and prepared baths. Jeffrey kindly reminded me to check the safety box for documents, VERY thoughtful. Breakfast was great, particularly the egg dishes. The pool was big.

the location was acceptable for my business trip requirements it was close enough to the main business areas i needed
the room i was given felt quite old the furniture looked worn and tired there were several stains on the carpet and the wallpaper was peeling in places i expected a better standard for the price the lack of attention to detail was disappointing it affected my overall stay
